How can I go to serve someone with a court order hiding in a shelter?
my wife has disappeared with my 2 children. I granted an emergency court order issued stating that I gain immediate full custody of the children and she does not have contact until the next court th. I tried to contact the police, but they seem too interested in helping me. in fact, they seemed like they were only interested in harassing me about my criminal past (which hasa nothing to do with the servant). ive e-mail him a copy of the court order and since I havent had any contact I know it does not count as an official service What do I do now?
You can hire a private process server. all you have to do is give them information and they find him and serve. You can also contact the Welfare children go there and show them the court order. They are supposed to look out for the welfare of children and the judge has granted you custody, then there must be some reason they can help you. By the way did you contact the police in the city or the sheriff's department because most departments City did not use material which is left to the sheriff's department trying to make a phone call
