Whats the best SUV for my needs?

PLZ READ BEFORE ANSWERING!
I need an SUV that follows these needs...
-steady, dependable ( wont break down)
-good off-road capabilities
-be able to take some beating ( not much but a little)
-smooth highway drive
-good cargo capabilities ( hockey player in the family)
-good room for atleast 2-3 passengers ( 2 adults , 1 teen)
- not to large
-good on gas

what is best do you think?

B. Jeep patriot
C.Honda CRV
D.Kia Sportage
E.Chevy equinox
F.Toyota Rav4
G. other...( if so suggest one)

I know these SUV's dont fit every need, but whichever fits the most is fine.

The Toyota 4Runner seems like the vehicle you need. It can easily fit 5 people and a whole lot of gear. When the rear seat is folded down it has a ton of cargo room. It has an incredible 4X4 system (I have towed Jeep Wranglers, Chevy Silverados and Dodge Rams out of the mud with my father's 4Runner), they get decent gas mileage for it's size (father's 2000 averages 19mpg) and the reliability is outstanding, my fathers has just over 200K miles on his and he has never had any major problems. Even after I have beat the heck out of it on the trails.
The newer ones also offer a 3rd row seat, and a V8 engine with tons of power.
